Announcement of the Establishment of Honolulu Triathlon Inc.

We are pleased to announce that 1982 Impact Fund (Minato-ku, Tokyo) and Athlonia Inc. (Minato-ku, Tokyo) have jointly established "Honolulu Triathlon Inc." to further develop the Honolulu Triathlon.
The new company was established with the aim of further developing the Honolulu Triathlon and building a sustainable operating structure. Under the new structure, the first event, "Honolulu Triathlon 2027," will be held on May 16, 2027, at Ala Moana Park.
